First, decide on the broad content look and format of the information you're seeking. Do you prefer a process diagram or some other image? Just looking for a quick "How-To" answer? Do you want to find a qualified service technician or a trained consultant? Are you hoping to make your own change or repair?
These and related choices are often thought of as 'block' decision-making. In other words, as you are able to answer basic questions, your next decision may be fairly obvious since answers that seem less desirable are passed over with each new choice made. It is important however to note that each decision needs to be weighed against any risk it might present.
For example if your objective about the type of answer is to find "anything quick," it would be tempting to perform a simple Google search and proceed with your search results. Unfortunately, as we all know (or should), many answers on the web are simply wrong so learning to assess the answers you find is also important to protect your investment.
A Best Practice Approach is designed to provide well-tested, experience-based, big-picture solutions for many of the common RV challenges you will face from time to time. It is not a detailed User Guide for resolving RV problems.
